Quality & sustainability: of Seatylock products are paramount to us. The same goes for the safety and wellbeing of our customers.
Product warranty duration: Seatylock provides a 6-month product warranty for all products, starting from the original user’s purchase date. For registered keys, this warranty will extend to a period of 3 years, free of charge. Products that do not include keys are automatically eligible for a 3-year warranty without registration.
How to apply your extended 3-year product warranty: In order to apply your 3-year product warranty you must register your key.
How to utilize your product warranty: In case your product is defective and you choose to utilize your warranty, please contact us. Proof of purchase will be required in order to make use of your product warranty. The warranty will be provided by the place of purchase.
What does our product warranty apply to: Seatylock extends a product warranty against defects in material and workmanship to all its products. Please note that product warranty does not apply to events of theft.
What will Seatylock do: Upon return of a defective product, Seatylock will work to repair or replace your product.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The benefits under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have at law.
This voluntary Warranty is given by Hasta industries Pty Ltd trading as Seatylock Australia and New Zealand of Unit 20/85 Keys Road, Moorabbin, Victoria, Australia. ABN 211 656 485 00. The Warranty covers the correction, during the relevant Warranty Period, of defects in any such LocK or Accessory, by repair or at Seatylock's option by replacement. The benefits conferred by this Warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law. This Warranty in no way limits or restricts your rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer law.
